We commonly remove damaged or undesired drywall surfaces, framing, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, outdated plumbing and electrical fixtures. We offer onsite dumpster services and/or can haul materials offsite if desired. Save the mess for us because we're accustomed to removing ONLY what is necessary in order to remodel your space. Rest assured, there will be no mess when we're done.

Whether it's a new basement layout or improving the structural integrity of an existing wall to support a mounted decor piece, we're accustomed to building and/or altering existing wall structures and putting them back to a restored look. You'll get a sense of this because we still like to hand select our lumber!

Are you feeling like your home is lacking adequate insulation? We install an array of insulation solutions for our projects, appropriately selected for each application. From faced and unfaced batt insulation, mineral wool sound proofing and closed cell paneling. Increasing your homes R value is our goal. Making this investment in your home will provide comfort during seasonal weather extremes and provide savings down the line.

We take electrical work very seriously. When it comes to your safety, we don't mess around! That is why every job we do that requires electrical work is performed by a licensed electrician. We work with some of the best electricians in the metro to ensure your home remains free of electrical issues and is brought up to current industry standards.

Heating and cooling systems setup to service your existing layout could change during a remodel. Whether systems are near end of life or need certain adaptations to function properly, we're used to these challenges. We often partner with leading licensed HVAC specialists to ensure a remodel does NOT put a constraint on your heating and cooling needs.

From cast iron to PVC replacements, single to dual sink conversions, rain head showers, reverse osmosis systems, we're constantly reworking plumbing. The age of your home can give us a general guideline of the existing plumbing, but no home is free of plumbing needs. We leverage licensed plumbers to perform both routine repairs and installs, as well as emergency/after hours solutions.

We've installed tons of drywall and there simply is no easy button. Messy, heavy, time consuming, this task is best suited for a professional. We leverage appropriately sized crews depending on the job so that we can mitigate the mess and the stress of trying to tackle this yourself. Our goal is to leave you with a seamless, premium finish.

Possibly our favorite thing we do in construction, add character to your home. Carpentry allows us to blow the lid off boring and bland. Walls are meant to have architectural appeal. Whether it's by design or working simply off an inspirational photo, we build some outstanding solutions that provide warmth, character, storage, complimentary colors and finishes.

Picking the right flooring surface throughout your home can be challenging. We install an array of solutions and can help select the appropriate material based upon your needs. Prep work is extremely important to us, so we offer additional flooring solutions including floor leveling, planing subfloor ridges, temporary trim/door removal and jamb cutting. You can expect a flawless finish once we're done. 

Thinking of updating your kitchen or adding a wetbar? We are meticulous when it comes to the fit and finish of a cabinet run. We can install RTA, fully assembled and custom cabinetry. We work with local stone suppliers and fabricators to finish your dream look.
