Pricing a construction project can be complex! We try to take a straightforward approach to establishing a budget for you.
1) Lets schedule a site visit! It's easy, via email, via text, lets connect to do a brief walk through of your space to discuss the project. This is FREE!
2) We will summarize the labor cost (time investment) as well as the material costs (commodity and finishes) based upon your input/preferences and present those details to you within a few working days. This is also FREE!
3) After your bid has been reviewed and you've had a chance to qualify/ask any questions of us that you have and we come to an agreement on pricing and a start date, we will discuss next steps and secure a deposit once we've established a project start date.
It's that simple!
